Kempu Chutney (Red Chilli Chutney)

Ingredients
- To Grind
- Dry Red Chillies - As needed
- Fenugreek seeds - 2 spoons
- Onions - As needed
- Curry leaves -few
- Jaggery - as per taste
- Tamarind - as per taste
- Salt - as per taste
- Tempering
- Oil
Preparation

To Prepare Chutney, roast the ingredients separately. Dry Red chilies, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, Long sliced onions.
- Add the ingredients to a jar and add jaggery, tamarind, salt as per taste and grind to a smooth paste by adding water if necessary.
- In a wok / Kadai, heat oil and add the above paste and mix well. Let the chutney be coated with oil and come to a boil.
- Cool the chutney and store it in an airtight box. Refrigerate after a few hours. It can be refrigerated for a month.
