Red Hyderabadi Chicken Curry

Ingredients
- Chicken 1 kg
- Cardamom, cloves
- Onions - long sliced
- Coriander leaves chopped
- Pudina leaves chopped
- Ginger Garlic paste
- Coriander powder
- Garam Masala
- Pepper powder
- Red Chilly powder
- Lemon
- Badam -5
- Cashew - 5
- Curd
- Turmeric, Salt
- Oil
Preparation
- Dry roast badam and cashew till light brown. Grind into a paste adding little water.
- Wash the Chicken, add to a bowl. Marinate with ginger garlic paste, turmeric, salt , red chilli powder, garam masala, curd, Badam and cashew paste. Add half a lemon and mix well.
- In a Kadai, add oil, fry long sliced onions till dark brown. Add to the marinated mixture and keep aside for an hour.
- In the same kadai add cloves and cardamom, Add the marinated mixture and cook.
- Add chopped coriander leaves, pudina leaves , pepper powder and cook for sometime.
- Once the oil seperates, garnish with coriander and serve.
