Donne Biriyani

Ingredients
- Chicken ½ kg
- Rice - washed and soaked
- Coriander leaves, Pudina Leaves
- Onions - long sliced
- Green chilies - long sliced
- Ginger Garlic paste
- Coriander powder, Biriyani powder
- Curd, Lemon
- Turmeric, Salt
- Oil, Ghee
Preparation

Wash the chicken and marinate with salt turmeric and curd. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Dry roast the green chilies, onions, pudina, and coriander leaves. Grind the above ingredients to a paste.
- In a pressure cooker, add oil in the proportion of 1:4 with rice. Fry bay leaves, cardamom, gren chilies, onions, ginger-garlic paste. Pour the above paste and fry for some time.
- Add the marinated chicken pieces, salt, coriander powder, biriyani powder and mix well. Stir and fry till oil separates.
- Add the soaked rice and stir fry. Add water in 2:1 ration and mix well. Add salt as per the taste and cover with a lid. Pressure cook for 3 -4 whistles.
- Once cooked, Squeeze 1 lemon mix well and serve.
