Green Chilli Chicken

Ingredients
  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Onions - long sliced
  • Green chilies - ground coarsely and long sliced
  • Coriander leaves chopped 
  • Ginger Garlic paste or just chopped garlic
  • Green chilli sauce
  • Turmeric, Salt
  • Lemon
  • Corn Flour
  • Oil

Preparation

  1. Wash the Chicken, keep aside.
  2. In a Kadai, add oil, ground green chilies paste and long sliced green chillies and fry.
  3. Add onions, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, salt, and add chicken and cook well. Add water as needed.
  4. Add soya sauce and green chilli sauce, lemon and cook well.
  5. Add corn flour slurry to make thick gravy.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
