Green Chilli Chicken

Ingredients
- Chicken 1 kg
- Onions - long sliced
- Green chilies - ground coarsely and long sliced
- Coriander leaves chopped
- Ginger Garlic paste or just chopped garlic
- Green chilli sauce
- Turmeric, Salt
- Lemon
- Corn Flour
- Oil
Preparation
- Wash the Chicken, keep aside.
- In a Kadai, add oil, ground green chilies paste and long sliced green chillies and fry.
- Add onions, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, salt, and add chicken and cook well. Add water as needed.
- Add soya sauce and green chilli sauce, lemon and cook well.
- Add corn flour slurry to make thick gravy.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
Preparation
