Mutton Pepper

Ingredients
- Mutton ½ kg
- Onions - long sliced
- Green chilies - long sliced
- Coriander leaves chopped
- Ginger Garlic paste
- Coriander powder
- Garam Masala
- Pepper powder
- Turmeric, Salt
- Oil
Preparation

Wash the Mutton, add to a pressure cooker. Add salt, turmeric, pepper powder and water and pressure cook for 10-20 whistles based on the tenderness of mutton.
- In a pan/Kadai, add oil, green chilies, onions and fry. Add salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, and fry well.
- Add the cooked mutton pieces. Keep the mutton stock(water from the pressure cooker) aside for later use.
- Add coriander powder, garam masala, pepper powder and mix well.
- Add the mutton stock and keep cooking till the stock evaporates and thickens up. You can keep adding the stock as needed to the required consistency. You can also serve the stock as soup.
- Cook well till the gravy is thick enough and the pieces are tender.
- Once cooked, garnish with coriander and close the lid. Serve after 10 minutes.
